This session will discuss new developments in AI technology for the legal profession and their ethical and professional implications. The session will: (1) identify ethical and professional issues arising from the use of AI; (2) canvass the current state of legal professional regulation relating to the use of AI; and (3) provide some practical guidance for lawyers using AI technology.
