Overview

This conference is available in French only.

Bill 42 reinforces employer obligations regarding psychological harassment in the workplace. Beyond the legal framework, however, some complex situations require a contextual and carefully considered approach.

On October 8, Fasken Institute will provide a practical overview of sensitive issues that may arise in an investigation or complaint, such as:

  • Handling cross-complaints, where both parties claim to be victims
  • Intervening in files involving several complaints and respondents
  • Supporting witnesses who are anxious or afraid during the process
  • Intervening remotely in a remote work environment

Our lawyers will provide you with concrete ideas and tools to effectively address these situations in a timely manner, sensitively and with professional rigour.
