Bill 27 transforms Quebec’s occupational health and safety (OHS) framework by explicitly integrating psychological health, prevention, and worker participation. Beyond legal obligations, it encourages organizations to rethink OHS as an integral part of management practices and human resources strategies.
This event provides a timely and practical look at Bill 27, with a focus on the role of the OHS participation system and continuous improvement as drivers of engagement and sustainable prevention. It aims to demonstrate how legal requirements can support more coherent organizational practices, fostering engagement, accountability, and proactive prevention.
A complementary session will address psychosocial risks in the workplace and their impact on psychological and physical health, highlighting why engagement and dialogue are central to effective prevention.
