Overview

As employers continue to implement or refine return‑to‑office mandates, many are discovering that bringing employees back is more complicated than issuing a policy. Return‑to‑work directives raise a range of legal, operational, and human rights issues that, if not addressed carefully, can expose employers to significant risk.

This webinar will examine the key legal considerations surrounding return‑to‑office policies, with a focus on recent developments and practical guidance for employers.

Drawing on case law, arbitration decisions, and real‑world examples, we will explore how return‑to‑office mandates can intersect with termination risk, accommodation obligations, and workplace policies. The webinar will also address the unique considerations facing unionized employers.
