On January 19, 2010, Open Link Financial, Inc. ("OpenLink"), a leading provider of cross-asset trading, risk management and operations processing software solutions headquartered in Long Island, New York, announced that it had acquired dbc SMARTsoftware, Inc., a global provider of software solutions for the agricultural, biofuel and soft commodity industries located just outside of Toronto, Canada.
