LaSalle acquires 11 Montréal properties for US$55 million

On August 1, 2012, commercial real estate asset manager LaSalle Investment Management (Canada) completed the acquisition of 11 properties located on Technoparc Montréal’s Saint-Laurent Campus for $55 million. The portfolio was comprised of over 341,000 square feet of office and laboratory space. LaSalle was advised by a team of Fasken Martineau lawyers including Martin Emmons, Maria Holder and Lise Rochette.
