On August 21, 2014, commercial real estate fund manager Carttera Private Equities completed the acquisition and financing of 350 Hazelhurst Road, Mississauga. During its ownership, Carttera Private Equities entered into a lease with Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited. On December 23, 2014, Carttera Private Equities completed the disposition of 350 Hazelhurst Road, Mississauga to Summit (350 Hazelhurst) Ltd.
