Fiera Capital completes acquisition of Propel Capital for US$12 million

On September 2, 2014, Fiera Capital announced that it acquired Propel Capital for a total consideration of up to $12 million. In line with Fiera Capital’s strategic objectives, this acquisition gives the firm the opportunity to enhance its expertise, offering and distribution capabilities in the Canadian retail investor space. As a result of the transaction, Propel Capital's operations will be fully integrated into Fiera Capital's retail segment over the coming months.
