On December 4, 2015, Maplesoft Group Inc. (Maplesoft) announced its acquisition by Smart Employee Benefits Inc. (SEB), a Mississauga, Ontario-based company. The acquisition is expected to increase the consolidated annual revenue of SEB by over $50 million and contribute substantially to the overall profitability of SEB with annual sales expected to exceed $100 million.
Maplesoft is an Ottawa-based business with regional offices in Calgary, Montreal and Toronto. The addition of Maplesoft to SEB expands their technology expertise, client relationships and geographic footprint.
