Ivanhoé Cambridge partners with Simon Properties on Premium Outlet Collection at Edmonton International Airport

On January 20, 2016, Ivanhoé Cambridge, a Canadian global real estate leader, and Simon Property Group announced that they are partnering to build Premium Outlet Collection – Edmonton International Airport. The enclosed 428,000 square foot outlet centre in the province’s capital city is expected to open in the fall of 2017. Premium Outlet Collection, will have approximately 100 stores, and is ideally positioned to benefit from the 6.5 million tourists who visit the Edmonton area through the Edmonton International Airport. Ivanhoé Cambridge and Simon will work in close collaboration with Edmonton International Airport. Ivanhoé Cambridge will develop and manage Premium Outlet Collection – Edmonton International Airport, and both Ivanhoé Cambridge and Simon will jointly lease the property.
