On May 31, 2015, TELUS International (Cda) Inc. announced that it has entered into US$425 million credit facilities with a syndicate of banks led by The Bank of Nova Scotia. Fasken Martineau advised The Bank of Nova Scotia and the syndicate of lenders, with a team led by John Torrey, and that included David Ferris, Dev Singh, Aine O’Connor and Jason McMurtrie.
