On May 18, 2016, Justice Salmers of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice ordered that Graziano Biadi pay Matthew Weenen $550,000 in costs in relation to a lengthy trial regarding flooding which Mr. Biadi had caused to Mr. Weenen’s lands over many years.
