Bryton Capital Corporation completes acquisition of an interest in 46 James Street, Hamilton

On June 2, 2016, real estate asset and property management firm Bryton Capital Corp. completed the acquisition of an interest in 46 James Street, Hamilton to be developed for and constructed as a student residence. The acquisition included various co-ownership, property management and development management agreements. Bryton was advised by a team comprised of Martin Emmons, Andrea Centa and paralegal Joanne Meadowcroft.
