Keith Plumbing & Heating acquired by Modern Niagara

On October 18, 2016, Keith Plumbing & Heating Co. Ltd., one of the largest mechanical contractors in BC, was acquired by Modern Niagara. Keith Plumbing & Heating is a commercial and institutional mechanical general contractor for plumbing and heating, ventilation and air conditioning. The company is BC based, having begun operation in North Vancouver in 1911. Fasken Martineau was counsel to Keith Plumbing & Heating with a team that included Gary Ott, Grant Foster (Corporate), Stacy Shields (Corporate), Allison MacInnis (Real Estate) and Edgar Frechette (Tax).
