On March 30, 2017, Canada Lands Company CLC Limited ("CLC") purchased the lands municipally known as 303, 305 and 307 Rideau Street, Ottawa from Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, as represented by the Department of Public Works and Government Services.
