On March 3, 2017, Infrastructure Ontario and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) awarded a fixed price contract to Plenary Health to design, build and finance CAMH’s $685 million Queen Street Redevelopment Project. The 650,000 square foot redevelopment project will consist of two modern buildings, and will feature inpatient and outpatient services for those in need. This major expansion of Canada’s premiere psychiatric care facility will include major innovations to create a state of the art psychiatric facility. Fasken Martineau advised the funders (both banks and bondholders) with a team comprising Brian Kelsall, Ella Plotkin, Marc Lefler, Sean Morley and Jon Holmstrom.
