Fengate Capital completes acquisition of interest in development at 157, 159, 161-163 Athol Street, Oshawa

On March 1, 2017, real estate asset management and development firm Fengate Capital, completed the acquisition of an interest in a development project at 157, 159, 161- 163 Athol Street, Oshawa. The acquisition included various co-ownership, property management and development management agreements.
