In March 2017, an intervention took place before the Supreme Court of Canada as part of an appeal regarding the principles of interpretation of Quebec’s legislation respecting the professions.

A Fasken team consisting of François Barrette, Érik Morissette and Maxime-Arnaud Keable represented the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec in this case.
