Lomas Logistics sold to Radiant Logistics subsidiary

As announced, on April 1, 2017 L.V. Lomas Limited completed the sale of its Lomas Logistics division to Wheels International Inc. (‘Wheels”), a third party logistics and transportation services company owned by Radiant Logistics, Inc. Lomas Logistics offers third party logistics solutions to clients in various industries including consumer goods, healthcare and technology and operates out of Ontario and British Columbia.
