On July 31, 2017, Orion Mine Finance (“Orion”) completed the sale of a high-quality precious metals portfolio to Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd (“Osisko”). The portfolio consisted of 74 royalties, streams and precious metal offtakes, for total consideration of C$1.125 billion which was paid to Orion through a combination of C$675 million in cash and C$450 million in Osisko common shares.
