Successfully acted for Husby in obtaining an injunction to restrain the defendants from blockading an arterial forestry services road that was the main access point used by Husby at its Collison Point Operation in Haida Gwaii. The Council of the Haida Nation sought and was granted intervener status in this matter and made submissions with respect to the use of forests in Haida Gwaii.
