Fasken advised the lenders to the winning consortium in relation to the new courthouse being built within the City Centre Civic Precinct in Abbotsford, British Columbia.

The 14-courtroom facility will include three Supreme Court courtrooms, eight Provincial Court courtrooms and three judicial conference rooms.

Fasken advised the funders with a team led by Brian Kelsall which included Ella Plotkin, Marc Lefler, Sean Morley and Zackary Burashko.
