BearCom Group acquires Spectrum Communications

On June 1, 2018, BearCom Acquisition Canada Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BearCom Group, Inc. (“BearCom”), directly and indirectly acquired all of the issued  and outstanding shares of Spectrum Communications Ltd. (“Spectrum”).  BearCom is one of the United States’ preeminent providers of wireless communications equipment and solutions for two-way radios and other voice and data technologies.  BearCom is a portfolio company that is controlled by LKCM Headwater Investments, the private equity investment arm of Luther King Capital Management, a Fort Worth Texas based investment firm.  Spectrum is a manufacturer of wireless telecommunications equipment and is based out of London, Ontario.
