Corporation Financière BDG et Associés (“BDG”), which has its head office in Montréal, and Caroline Dallaire, President of P.H. Tech, purchased P.H. Tech and its subsidiaries on August 1, 2018. The current management team will remain in place and all production sites will operate in the same way as before the acquisition.
P.H. Tech, which currently employs approximately 250 people, specializes in designing PVC windows and patio doors and in PVC profile extrusion for its own door and window systems. The company’s products are sold in Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, and Japan.
The partnership with BDG will give P.H. Tech access to BDG’s capital and expertise, to support its growth initiatives and enable it to continue to develop and introduce new products. The Fasken team that represented BDG was composed of Carl Bélanger, Kadiatou Sow, Simon Bisson, Angela Onesi and David Rimock.
