Canada Lands Company (CLC) Limited

In March and in November 2019, respectively, Canada Lands Company CLC Limited ("CLC") sold Blocks 29 and 21 of Wateridge Village, Phase 1B, part of a 300 acre subdivision in Ottawa. Block 21 was the first Federal Lands Initiative project for CLC. Fasken advised CLC with a team comprised of Andrea Centa, Caleigh Caplan, Jennifer Parker and Joanne Meadowcroft (Real Estate).
