BRS & Co., a New York-based private equity firm, announced that it has made an investment in Organika Health Products Inc., a Canadian manufacturer of nutritional supplements. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Since Organika’s founding in 1990, the Company has been dedicated to providing natural solutions that help people live healthier lives. Organika has developed a strong reputation for quality and innovation in the Canadian market. In recent years, Organika has introduced products in fast-growing categories such as collagen, bone broth, medicinal mushrooms, and other functional foods.
