Superior Plus completed CAD $750 million  financing of Superior Plus. This secured corporate financing involved Canadian, U.S. and Chilean borrowers and complex intercreditor matters involving noteholders of the Canadian borrower.

Fasken acted on behalf of a syndicate of banks agented by The Bank of Nova Scotia with a team comprised of Dave Ferris (Lead), John Torrey (Banking and Finance) and Dan Conrad (Banking and Finance).
