Triple Five Team secures junior mezzanine financing for construction of American Dream Meadowlands retail and entertainment complex

Fasken acted as Canadian counsel and represented Triple Five Group, owner of Mall of America, in its junior mezzanine financing for the construction of American Dream Meadowlands, located in Meadowlands Sports Complex in New Jersey. American Dream is a 3 million square foot retail and entertainment complex, which will include more than 500 stores, an amusement park and an indoor ski slope, skating rink and roller coaster.
