Twin Point Invests in Stealth Monitoring

On September 23, 2019, Stealth Monitoring (“Stealth”), a provider of a suite of services, including video monitoring, access control, video analytics, and detection services that deter crime and provide real-time and valuable business data and analytics across North America, received an equity investment from Twin Point Capital, a principal investment firm. As part of the transaction, the company raised new debt capital which was provided by Pacific Western Bank and CIBC Bank USA. Auxo Management LP, an investment firm, will retain an ownership in the company. Their existing management remains in place. Fasken advised Twin Point Capital with a team led by Gesta Abols and including Elyse Velagic, Anthony Baldanza, Zach Austin, Christopher Steeves, Jenna Ward, Thomas Meagher and Kenneth Taylor.
