On October 28, 2019, PolyOne Corporation, a global provider of plastics and polymer materials, solutions and services, announced the sale of its Performance Products and Solutions (PP&S) business to SK Capital Partners for U$775 million in cash. 

A leading provider focused on sustainability, PolyOne Corporation confirmed the proceeds of the sale would be used toward future growth initiatives, including investing in sustainable solutions and specialty acquisitions.
