Village Farms International Inc. Completes $28.75 Million Bought Deal Offering of Common Shares

On October 22, 2019, Beacon Securities Limited and GMP Securities L.P. co-led a syndicate of underwriters (the “Underwriters”) that conducted a bough-deal short form prospectus supplement offering for Village Farms International Inc. (“Village Farms”). Village Farms offered and sold 3,059,000 common shares, which included a full exercise of the Underwriters' over-allotment option, at an issue price of $9.40 per common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $28,754,600.
