DF Lake Shore obtains C$277.2 million construction loan from Otera Capital

In February 2020, Fasken advised Fengate Capital Management Limited (""Fengate"") on securing a loan in the principal amount of $277,232,556 on security of the property municipally known as 1926 Lake Shore Boulevard West, Toronto, Ontario. Fasken advised on all matters relating to the financing, including the credit agreement. Fasken advised Fengate with a team comprised of Allyson Roy (Real Estate) and Andrea Centa (Real Estate).
