Marsh, one of the world's leading insurance broker and risk advisors, sold a portfolio of insurance brokerage business to Wilson M. Beck Insurance Services Inc., a construction insurance broker in British Columbia and Alberta.
The transaction included the transfer of accounts, employees and other related assets and regulatory approval.
