On May 1, 2020, Lane Technologies Inc. (Lane), a Toronto-based Proptech company offering a communication platform for landlords and tenants, closed a USD$10 million Series A Financing. The round was led by Round 13 Capital, which was joined by certain of Lane’s existing shareholders, including Alate Partners and Panache Ventures.
