On November 2, 2020, Nuvei Corporation, a global payment technology partner, announced its acquisition of Smart2Pay, a payment methods company.
The strategic acquisition of Smart2Pay allows Nuvei to strengthen its presence in high-growth digital markets and to further expand the Company’s geographic footprint. The closing of the acquisition establishes Nuvei as one of the largest alternative payment method solution providers in the world.
