On February 3, 2021, McCain Foods Limited, a Canadian multinational frozen food company, completed its sale of a majority stake in the Wong Wing business unit to an investor group led by Champlain Financial Corporation.

Wong Wing is the leading Canadian frozen food brand specialized in the development, manufacturing and distribution of frozen Chinese snacks, appetizers, entrees, soups and sides, supplying customers throughout Canada.
