On April 15, 2021, BonLook, an innovative pioneering unified commerce adopter in the eyewear sector, announced its acquisition of EyeMeasure, a technological application that obtains various measurements necessary for prescription eyewear purchases.

A Fasken team composed of Caitlin Rose, Véronique Harvey-Bertrand, Gemma Caprio (M&A) and Jean-Philippe Mikus and Eliane Ellbogen (IP) acted for BonLook Inc. in connection with this transaction.
