On April 26, 2021, a group of Quebec investors led by Champlain Financial Corporation, a Canadian private equity firm, announced the acquisition of Les Aliments 2000 Inc. by Humanity Bakeries, an investment platform for the specialized bakery and pastry industry.

Les Aliments 2000 Inc. will now be a part of Humanity Bakeries. This transaction allows Humanity Bakeries to continue its growth by expanding its product portfolio.
