Fasken South Africa’s Project Finance practice group advised on the hedging as well as the equity financing for the largest South African concentrated solar power project, Redstone CSP which is being constructed by ACWA Power. The team drafted and negotiated the finance and security documents across various facilities. The team was led by Fasken partner Ashen Jugoo and supported by Samantha van Breda, Simone Bryson, Shadi Kekana, Kathryn Mitchell and Dante Adams.
