Our team, led by Sébastien Richemont, Xin Jia Wang, and Noah Boudreau, acts on behalf of Canada Post Corporation in a proposed class action on behalf of individuals who have, since March 14, 2020, paid for an expedited shipping service that allegedly did not meet delivery delays.

The request for authorization to institute a class action against Canada Post Corporation was filed on July 6, 2020, before the Superior Court of Quebec.

The class action seeks compensation from Canada Post for all customers who paid for an expedited shipping service offered by Canada Post since March 14, 2020, for which the delivery delays were allegedly not met.

The case is currently at the authorization stage.
