On October 8, 2021, LifeSpeak Inc. (TSX:LSPK), a leading software-as-a-service provider of a platform for mental health and total well being, acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Montreal-based LIFT Digital Inc., a digital fitness platform that offers premium virtual fitness services, for total consideration of C$15,000,000, including the issuance of 549,976 common shares of LifeSpeak Inc. issued at $10 per share. The acquisition was completed pursuant to a share purchase and sale agreement.
