This acquisition allows AGA to not only increase its portfolio of products and services, but also to support its customers across Canada thanks to J&D’s multi-employer plan platform.
Following this transaction, AGA, which was already one of the largest players in Québec for customized group insurance plans, becomes one of the country’s largest players when it comes to benefits.
