On January 6, 2022, Dude Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of Clearlake Capital, announced the acquisition of Toronto-based Energy Profiles Limited ("EPL"). The acquisition is intended to facilitate the expansion of Dude Solutions’ enterprise asset management capabilities to address enterprise-level energy and sustainability management.
EPL is a software provider enabling environmental, social, and governance (ESG) optimization for customer facilities. The company delivers data-driven energy and sustainability data management and ESG reporting and predictive analytics to owners and managers of more than 6,000 buildings.
