On March 31, 2022, West Penetone Inc., a world leader in the development of environmentally friendly cleaning and sanitation products, completed an asset purchase and sale agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of AccuChem Industrial Cleaning Chemicals Ltd., a manufacturer and seller of cleaning products for various speciality industries.
