On April 6, 2022, Orlando Corporation (and a related company, Chiefton Investments Limited) completed the sale to funds managed by Crown Property Management Inc. of five office buildings at 90/110 Matheson Blvd., 100 Milverton Drive, 55 Standish Court (77 Foster Crescent), 25 Milverton Drive, & 5770 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, ON containing over 1.2 million sq. ft.

Fasken advised Orlando Corporation with a team led by Martin Emmons that included Caleigh Dayan and Joanne Meadowcroft (Paralegal/Law Clerk). Huy Do also assisted with the Competition Act aspects of the transaction.
