On May 6, 2021 Trimac Transportation Services Inc. (“Trimac”), a bulk transportation, logistics and transportation services provider, successfully completed its acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of common shares of Montreal Tank Wash Inc., subject to certain customary adjustments.
The purchase complements the existing portfolio of Trimac and its network of maintenance and wash racks within National Tank Services (NTS), and further expands coverage and capabilities in the inspection, repair, certification, and cleaning services for the bulk transportation industry.
Fasken assisted Trimac with a team comprised of Alex Nikolic, Elyse Velagic, and Denis Paquin (Real Property) and also included Rosalind Cooper (Environmental).
