On April 27, 2022, Fredonia Mining Inc. ("Fredonia") completed a brokered private placement financing of units for gross proceeds of approximately C$4 million, including the partial exercise of the agent's option to increase the size of the offering. Paradigm Capital Inc. was sole agent for the offering.
Fredonia is a TSXV-listed exploration stage company exploring precious metals deposits in Argentina.
