On March 18, 2022, Gallagher Benefit Services (Canada) Group Inc., a subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., acquired PCI-Perrault Conseils Inc., a consulting firm specialized in the design and integration of total compensation and governance for organizations.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co is a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. The company has operations in 68 countries and offers client service capabilities in more than 150 countries around the world through a network of correspondent brokers and consultants.
