On November 1, 2022, Qualifacts Systems, LLC ("Qualifacts"), a leading provider of behavioural health software and SaaS solutions, announced its acquisition of OnCall Health Inc. ("OnCall"), a top-rated provider of telehealth, patient portal, and client engagement technologies.
OnCall’s patient portal and telehealth solutions assist behavioural healthcare organizations to be “virtual-first”, enabling these organizations to retain more patients, scale efficiently and ultimately increase revenue. OnCall has hosted over one million virtual healthcare consults and was recognized as a 2022 Top Mental Health Software by Software Advice.
