Acted for Greengate Power Corporation, a privately held renewable energy company based in Calgary, Alberta, in connection with the sale of a leading renewable power development platform to Northland Power Inc., a global power producer listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Greengate sold a robust development pipeline of solar and storage projects in Alberta encompassing over 1.6 GW and 1.2 GWh, respectively. As part of the transaction, key members of Greengate’s development team joined Northland.
